BidsBall operates an online platform for the buying and selling of sports cards, memorabilia, and related items through a silent auction format.

BidsBall and it’s partners facilitate connections between buyers and sellers and may, or may not own and may, or may not take possession (unless for verification purposes) of items listed on the site.

Transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers, BidsBall and/or it’s partners may be an auction item seller or facilitate as a verified intermediary – as detailed in each auction details.

3. Auction Rules

  • Auction rules may vary, each auction will specifically state its detailed auction rules.

4. Seller Responsibilities

  • Seller requirements and rules are detailed during the seller submission process, and in each auction item’s detail and rules information.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Buyer requirements and rules are detailed during the buyer purchase process, and in each auction item’s detail and rules information.

6. Fees

  • Fees will vary by auction, purchase prices are based on bids submitted, BidsBall is not responsible for Buyer and Seller tax liabilities.
  • Sellers are not charged any listing, final value, or transaction fees by BidsBall.

7. Disputes Between Users

All disputes regarding transactions are solely between the buyer and seller.

BidsBall is not responsible for disputes, losses, chargebacks, or item quality. However, we may assist, at our discretion, in attempting to resolve issues reported through the BidsBall.com platform.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
  • Post false, misleading, or offensive content.
  • Interfere with auctions or attempt to manipulate bidding outcomes.
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at our sole discretion, without notice, for violation of these Terms or harmful behavior to the BidsBall community.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

BidsBall is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event will LYNQZ, LLC or BidsBall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or participation in auctions.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BidsBall, LYNQZ, LLC, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of BidsBall.com.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
